How to make perfect, moist banana bread

Perfectly Moist Banana Bread


  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 package banana cream pie pudding
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 1/3 cups mashed banana

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Combine dry ingredients, stir with a whisk to break up and clumps.
  2. Cream together butter and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine banana and eggs in a small bowl then slowly stir into butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir with a spoon until all ingredients are blended together.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured bread loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes
  6. Use a tooth pick to determine if bread is done in the middle.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Tips: add up to a 1/2 cup more of banana for moister bread

add walnuts, blueberries, etc.

pour into muffin tin and cook for 30 minutes for banana muffins
